My sister had stayed here on occasions in the past and we had a trip planned for my aunt's 86th birthday miles outside of Hermosillo where we would have to backtrack miles to get to that birthday party. My sister Susana had previously enjoyed very much staying at this location that she booked her stay here for us and she wasn't wrong. I thought that a hotel was a hotel. Boy, was I wrong. We stayed here in February and had an amazing experience with the hotel staff. They went above & beyond any hotel experience I had ever experienced. Very professional and friendly. It felt like being welcomed by family. I highly recommend staying here. The rooms were incredible and had very comfortable beds that I did not want to leave. They have set the bar for me and I don't plan on staying anywhere else on my next visits to Hermosillo. Mil Gracias y Bendiciones.

Very clean and spacious rooms. Pruce is very competitive. It's very close to the airport, and they provide a complimentary shuttle which leaves every half hour. Check-in and out staff were very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The atmosphere here is welcoming and the facilities seem new. It has a small gym that I did use... For a light workout its ok.. I also had some beer at the bar and a steak from the restaurant which was awesome.. But the price was a bit high for Mexico. The rooms were clean and modern.. As someone who travels for work it was perfect.

One of my favorite airport hotel experiences. We stayed here for two nights, on two different dates. Both stays were exceptional. For the most part, they speak good English, and they definitely strive to provide fantastic service. The rooms are extremely comfortable and clean for an airport hotel. The bed, sheets, and pillows were amazing, much more what I expect to find at a higher end hotel (including labeled "soft" and "firm" pillows) . Great water pressure in the shower. Fantastic room temperature control. All in all, a wonderful room. The outdoor swimming pool was clean, although the pool water was still a bit cold in early May. The hallways and elevators were very clean. The common areas were very nicely styled and comfortably furnished. There is a free airport shuttle for the 5 minute trip. There is also a great restaurant on site (reviewed separately). Highly recommend.

Location is good if you have early flight. Room and bath room is clean, restaurant is good... the chair or interior with garment and carpet is dirty.. the hotel should just replace it with material that easy to clean. The hotel have shuttle start at 4.30am..

Good location very near airport, free airport shuttle was much appreciated. No restaurant, but there is one right next door at the hotel they share a parking lot with. It was open until 11pm, so glad I could get food after my late arrival. Free hot breakfast. Friendly front desk staff who speaks *some* English.

Great room! Very clean. Felt like the U.S. Beds are very comfortable and we slept great! Easy shuttle service to the airport too!

It's a really nice place to stay the night and the restaurant it's also pretty good. The rooms are clean, the service in general is efficient and the employees are kind. The hotel has antibacterial gel and signs that help to keep distance. At the front desk the receptionists take your temperature and provide you a face mask and antibacterial gel in case you need it. The hotel also counts with the shuttle service.
